After a courageous battle with Breast Cancer. Predeceased by her father Franciss J. Biggs, she is survived by her beloved husband Neil.
Her beloved mother Jane Biggs, her loving sisters Sharon (John), Carr
and Holly (Tom) Garver, their children Elizabeth and Abby Carr, Adam, Joshua and Daniel Garver. also by her Father-in-Law Jack Panoff. Brothers-in-Law Roy Panoff, Randy (Eliska) Meyers and their children Nick and Zack, Many loving aunts, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her adored cat Madison.
